These are our girls, Bandit (left) and Frostyn (right). We adopted Frostyn about 3 and a half years ago when we were looking for a second dog. She is such a sweet girl. Gentile and dainty. Her previous "owner" returned her when she kept escaping from their yard (well duh, she wants to be with people not by herself in a yard!). Well lucky for us she came into our lives. She was the baby of the pack and loved to have our other dog, Ranger, chase her around the yard. When Ranger passed about a year and a half ago we were devastated and Frostyn was clearly depressed. He was her buddy and she looked to him all the time. After a little grieving time we went back to TLR and adopted Bandit. She's the complete opposite of Frostyn. Crude and boisterous. But they compliment each other in a way you wouldn't believe. Now Bandit is the baby of the pack and loves to have Frostyn chase her around the yard the way Frostyn used to chase Ranger. She looks to Frostyn and learns from her. It's amazing to see Frostyn step up into the adult roll that Ranger taught her. The saying goes the best teacher for a dog is another dog and Frostyn is now Bandit's teacher the way Ranger was Frostyn's. They are both the sweetest dogs and we are thankful to TLR for bringing them into our lives. We tell anyone looking for a dog to work with TLR. They are simply the best to work with and if ever in the future there is an opening for a new member of our pack we would happily work with TLR again.
