Dragon has almost completely gotten rid of the fear aggression. He shows full trust by greeting me all laying down with belly up.
He's easy to train in the sense that he's a very habitual creature. It's not obvious that he's learning new tricks when being taught, but upon repetition, he seems to settle permanently into certain behavior. Like heel! Wait for food on the couch! Get off our bed when it's time to sleep and go sleep on the couch. He just does these now without thinking.
Here are the photos I took on a brief trip to a beautiful lake upstate. We take him and his older sister (11 yrs old) there once a month. What's most peculiar about Dragon is his insistence on "catching the bubbles". He need no entertainment from his humans when he's in the lake. He will try to catch the bubbles he made himself literally, all day, with the straightest and most serious face ever in doing so. Hilarious as hell!
Dragon is warm, loyal and loving. Thanks guys for saving him.
