Hi Donna and Samantha,
Well, we made it through our first week with relatively few adjustment problems from anyone! Today was an exciting day because it was Jackson's first hike in the woods. He and Maggie just ran and ran and RAN! He wasn't sure what to make of her swimming in the pond, but he went in up to his chest and seemed very curious..I'm sure he will come to love it as much as she does. We have been working with him to stop pulling on the leash. and he seems to be getting the hang of it, except when he sees or hears another dog. He is officially licensed in Vernon, as of this morning and I think I mentioned, he has is well-puppy check up on Wed. (Donna, I forget what the Doxy medication is for).
He is just a silly puppy that makes us laugh all the time. Maggie has really taken a liking to him...I can tell because she lets him sleep next to her by my bed...quite an honor!
So, I thought I would give you an update and attach some photos. I think he's grown an inch this week. You can see he's the exact same height as Maggie.
