WHERE WAS THEIR PROTECTION FROM DYING SUCH HORRIFIC DEATH??? OH, YES....I WAS TOLD " WE ARE WORKING ON IT"....as years and time passes it sounds now more like Einstein trying to split the atom again and just doesn't know how... WHAT CAN BE SO COMPLICATED THAN SIMPLY BEING HUMANE AND DEMAND THESE PUBLIC SHELTERS AND THE PEOPLE IN OFFICE IN CHARGE OF THEM TO "CHANGE" AT LEAST TO A LESS PAINFUL WAY THESE POOR DOGS HAVE TO DIE!!!! IT"S TIME THAT PEOPLE STAND UP AND DEMAND CHANGES, BECAUSE IF WE DON'T WE HAVE JUST AS MUCH BLOOD ON OUR HANDS... PLEASE REMEMBER....EVEN SO IT DOESN'T FEELS LIKE IT AT TIMES.... WE ARE A DEMOCRACY....THIS IS A COUNTRY WITH GREAT PEOPLE.... JUST RUN BY SOME PEOPLE OF THE DARKEST AND LOWEST FORM OF HUMAN EXISTENCE. When it comes to local politics....I wondered at times....why most of the "good" folks just don't vote and how in the world these 0's got into office.
